FreshCode (“we”, “us”) is a software studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and our services.

Information you give us: when you submit a project brief or email us we receive your name, email address, company, phone number and the details you write.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals, to operate and improve the website, to protect against abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you (for example email delivery and hosting), under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments, or when the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then delete or anonymise them.

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below.

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function (such as remembering your language and whether you have seen the intro). We do not use advertising cookies.
